I own Andex Property Management, LLC, which operates two ventures in real estate. Through Andex Properties, we help people sell real estate quickly and discreetly — avoiding long open houses, steep commissions, and public exposure — through creative, structured sales designed to protect the value owners have built for retirement. Through HomeYieldHost, we help property owners in the Dallas–Fort Worth area maximize income from their homes through hands-free short-term rental management.

This work draws on a 35-year career that began at Prudential — first in insurance, then in securities with Prudential Securities — followed by a long tenure as a Vice President with Salomon Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. From there my path moved through senior leadership roles at AT&T, Experis, and Ubuntu International — including international sales leadership based in Johannesburg, South Africa — and, more recently, business development in federal subcontracting before turning my focus fully to real estate.

That range gives me something useful in real estate: the financial discipline of a global investment firm, the relationship skills of enterprise sales, and the hands-on instincts of an operator. I value integrity, persistence, and genuine relationships — and I bring all three to every property and every client.

It started with one neighbor, and one good outcome.

My path into real estate began a long time ago when I was in graduate school living in Signal Hill, California. My landlord, a middle-aged man, had recently gone through a difficult divorce. She kept most of the money, and he was left with the townhouse and very limited options.

Each time he met with a real estate agent, he came home discouraged. After accounting for commissions, some upgrades, and the costs of a traditional sale, there was almost nothing left — years of built-up equity would have been consumed by fees. He felt stuck, with no clear way forward.

I didn’t have much money at the time, but I had an idea. I found a way to structure a sale without commissions, open houses, or unnecessary costs — so he could preserve his equity and move on cleanly. I ended up buying the property, and it worked for both of us.

That first transaction became the foundation of everything I do today.
